GR was great. Bit rough. But still a lot of fun to do stuff with and... really sorry she's gone. It's really heartbreaking. She'll definitely be missed.

Man. I feel bad. Back when she ran in Neo and ran Naruto, we were inseparable. Always chatting away, guessing her story twists (many of which I was right and she always told me not to tell others lol). Then we kind of just fell out? So we just stopped chatting as much.

I remember one Neo event, first time playing. Got this random character before I played my android. There was this big massive monster everyone was expected to fight. So everyone is hitting it and such. And they realise it's taking no damage and attacking back with their own attacks. And the whole time she assured me it has one big glaring weakness and this fight went on for like 7 hours before it finally died somehow. And exploded. So anyone who didn't have fast flight was fucked lol

I remember she always used to tell me the highlights of her DnD campaigns, and there was one where she had (predictably) min-maxed a sort of barbarian or fighter to be just the best at punching undead things. In describing the character she rattled off all the buffs and skills she had taken in service of being very good at punching undead. So the DM tries to have the villains escape by erecting a wall of bones that's too wide or tall to get around before they can run away.

And Emily was just like. "Would you say the wall is an undead creature?" And the DM was like. "Uh, sure." So Emily says, "I punch the wall," rattling off her buffs to remind the DM of how fucked he is.

And they had to take a break for an hour or two for the DM to revise the story because they hadn't expected her to PUNCH THE WALL OF BONES...
